• We accept payment only by bank transfer from the contracted client's account; we do not accept cash
• We do not hold or move money on behalf of clients
• We will decline or end any engagement where we suspect fraud, money laundering or other financial crime, and will report concerns to the appropriate authorities where required
• We keep client, engagement and financial records for at least six years
